Both are sold to two best friends.

Pink Power

This might be my favourite…
The found fabric wasn’t straight in any direction and we had quite a struggle to make the pieces work together.
There is still a hole in the side where there wasn’t enough fabric- so I guess she’ll stick with me.
May we live happily ever after…

Green green grass of home

They call me mellow Yellow…

I wasn’t sure of this mustardy stripy darling at first… how could I be so wrong.
Darn cute.
I love how the stripes go all the way around, covering the whole back and leaves a yellow sort of calm area at the front.
The fabric is a nice sturdy cotton.
My sister Jenny took the picture and the bag actually contains a bagpipe!

I Spy…

I think this fabric used to be a curtain… yet not bleached at all so I could be wrong.
I found it in a bag of fabric at a yardsale. Lucky me!
I love the combo of yellow and grey!
Reminds me of a cartoon prisoner… those stripes I guess…

Ebony and Ivory

It´s hard to tell from this picture but the pattern on this fabric is houndstooth. I use it as my “powersuit”. Unfortunatley the zipper broke just when I put it on after a doctors appointment, and I had to fix it with a safetypin. So i’m not sure this dress is on my side anymore- how could she do that to me!?

Travelling companions

My sister Jenny in a pink-patterned version of my all time favourite dress.
This fabric is a tablecloth from late 70’s.

Big bubbles- no troubles!

I got this fabric from my ex-boyfriends mum.
God I miss her!
She had kept it in her stash since the seventies and asked me if I liked it. And boy-did I!!!! I almost cried!
A lovely sturdy cotton in vibrant colours.
The model is my friend Sara wo does have a head.

Pretty in pink

This dress is made from a vintage sheet. So soft and sweet. I was a bit worried it would break, but the quality of those old cottons…
