Let it go

Something blue for the Elsa in you.
I love this soft well washed old fabric with ricracribbon around the neck.

Still got the blues…

Time for some blues.
This baby is made from a second hand find, a striped intense blue/turqouise cotton.
I put some white rick-rack ribbons around the neck just to match the snow… can you see the falling snow in the picture?

Soft as a whisper

This darling was a tricky baby.

I had all sorts of problems, shrinking, ripping, twisting and curling. You name it.

But she is now signed, sealed and delivered.

I wish them both all the best.

I guess you can hang wih me.

This darling has a twin.
Both are sold to two best friends.
Kind of adorable, isn’t it.
I really got to ask for a picture of them together.

Pink Power

This might be my favourite…
The found fabric wasn’t straight in any direction and we had quite a struggle to make the pieces work together.
There is still a hole in the side where there wasn’t enough fabric- so I guess she’ll stick with me.
May we live happily ever after…

Green green grass of home

They call me mellow Yellow…

I wasn’t sure of this mustardy stripy darling at first… how could I be so wrong.
Darn cute.
I love how the stripes go all the way around, covering the whole back and leaves a yellow sort of calm area at the front.
The fabric is a nice sturdy cotton.
My sister Jenny took the picture and the bag actually contains a bagpipe!

I Spy…

I think this fabric used to be a curtain… yet not bleached at all so I could be wrong.
I found it in a bag of fabric at a yardsale. Lucky me!
I love the combo of yellow and grey!
Reminds me of a cartoon prisoner… those stripes I guess…
The yellow suitcase is a perfect match!

Ebony and Ivory

It´s hard to tell from this picture but the pattern on this fabric is houndstooth. I use it as my “powersuit”. Unfortunatley the zipper broke just when I put it on after a doctors appointment, and I had to fix it with a safetypin. So i’m not sure this dress is on my side anymore- how could she do that to me!?

Travelling companions
